SPD SX Kits to Locator Trigger
These Max for Live device are letting you select positions in Ableton Live's Arrangement View via selecting kits on your Roland SPD-SX and SPD-SX PRO.
You can MAP and sync kit presets from your SX/SX-PRO to locator markers in Ableton Live. This way you are able to run a full show and select and start songs via the Roland SPD-SX / SX-PRO.
Those are Max for Live devicse and you will need M4L to make use of them. (M4L is included in Ableton Live Suite or as an add on towards Ableton Live Standard.)
