This pack consists of 4 Max for Live devices to (pre)set a fixed clip length when recording and live-looping in Ableton Live's Session View.

Quantised recording length can be set :

for every clip slot individually or
for all clips on one Audio/MIDI track
to recording clip length of 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/16/32 bars

Works with now with all time signatures.

If you are using "1Bar" as Global Launch Quantisation (this is the default) everything works flawless.

*Pre Set Rec Length can't be set lower then global launch.

*Ableton Live's Transport needs to be running before you trigger/rec a clip.
